COVID-19 Ideas of Immunisation

  • Rory Brooke

A short philosophy and sociology piece for the opinion column of Magdalen Magazine. Written back in February, in light of the immanent spread of the COVID-19, it talks about the faults we fall for in trying to make sense out of the disease. Issues such as racism, bodily disassociation and objectification of out own bodies. COVID-19 is a reminder of our fragility and of the lack of reason in life, to know it woe must accept the anxiety that it has brought to us individually and the world.
