Creative agency ELVIS host a free workshop which aims to offer LGBTQ+ young people an insight into a career in advertising.

The free workshop, which takes place ahead of Pride in London, aims to offer LGBTQ+ young people an insight into a career in the ad industry Developed by Elli Stone and James Bougourd, an ELVIS creative team with a passion for inclusive advertising, the day-long event on Thursday 4th July aims to give queer youth the boost they need to begin a career in marketing. With inspirational speakers and hands-on exercises, the workshop is open to all LGBTQ+ youth (aged 18 or over) looking for their place in the industry. Charlie Craggs, trans activist and founder of Nail Transphobia, will speak at the workshop. Emma Gardner, managing partner, operations at ELVIS, who also hosted the agency’s panel event, ELVIS Outspoken: The Disability Debate in November 2018, will introduce the session.
