Creative Breakthrough - BAME Mentoring programme

A Mentoring Programme to help nurture the next generation of BAME leaders and improve diversity within creative industries.

Are you a person from a Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic (BAME) heritage working in the creative industry?

As the creative sectors boom at twice the rate of the economy, it’s disappointing that resolving diversity and inclusion within the industry is still such a work in progress.
Less formal than coaching, mentoring is a sharing of knowledge and experience over a series of meetings.  The aim – to build confidence and    drive career progression.

Mentors:  Help the rising stars

Are you already a BAME senior leader in a creative business?  What can you do to support other BAME people on their journey?
Share your challenges, exchange ideas, help others to navigate their paths and gain recognition as an expert in your field.

Mentees: Are you struggling to navigate your career?

Here is a great opportunity to get proactive and take responsibility for your own career progression.
Connect with those who’ve been there and done it.  Hear about their experiences and learn how they tackled situations.  Then go forth with confidence and succeed.
Not of BAME heritage? Still interested in the programme?
