Creative Director/Director - New Alte Music Artist

We're seeking a dynamic Creative Director for a new artist called Sober Seven. He's an Irish Alt RnB artist (think if SZA had a Nigerian love child with Frank Ocean and Drake.) The ideal person should be passionate about connecting through short-form video platforms, possess a cinematic eye, and be able to lead a creative team with reliability and pace. A background or in filmmaking is a plus, and above all, we're looking for someone who believes in the music and its potential impact. (When you message us we'll send you a link to the tracks to be released) **Compensation:** - Initial compensation: £250 per shoot day. - Nobody else on the team is being financially compensated yet we all believe in the future opportunities this artist could bring. - Long-term vision: Seeking someone to eventually own the visual and content side of the brand, translating musical identity into captivating content.
