This year’s theme is "Better with balance", but the fact is in creative departments, there is progress, but it’s not fast enough.
We recently cut our data pile. Here's what we found:
– Creative women are 2.5 times less likely than their male counterparts to be in a senior creative role.
– Over 1-in-2 creative women are planning to leave their companies in the next two years
– Female creative work is 10% less likely to be entered in for awards
– Only 13% of creative director contracts go to women (source: Yuno Juno)
We know we have to see it to be it. Let's create an inclusive environment where female talent can do the best work of their lives.
