Crinkle Cut Records required a new identity to represent their recording business. I based the idea around the idea of ‘chips’ to add a level of playfulness and used the wavy lines within the brandmark to give it an organic and friendly edge against the sans serif type. The crinkles in the chips reference music waves within music and also gives a nod to Memphis design and the 80’s - which are popular trends within the design and arts communities.
