After almost ten years with the same branding, Culture Consultancy approached me when they felt it was time for a refresh. We worked together to create a brand that felt new, exciting and unique while keeping in mind the main focus of their business: people. The company offers a complex range of services to tackle tricky topics within large corporations. I distilled this huge offering to a simple, purposely imperfect circle graphic, representing the “aura” of culture which surrounds people every day. I combined this with a powerful block font with rounded corners, to give a slightly rough, more human aesthetic. These subtle changes helps the brand stand out from the sharp, corporate logos so prevalent in their industry.
