CYCLICAL NATURE OF NEPAL | FMP

Exploring the cultural heritages and the nature of my country, Nepal I wanted to promote and learn Nepal's culture and heritages that are highly rich and diverse. I believe one's culture hugely shapes one’s belief, values and most importantly it defines its identity. Located mainly in the Himalayas, I decided to present the subtle and muted colours of the Himalayas where I introduced and explored the bold and strong effect of the primary colours found in the prayer flags. Whether it's strung on the streets of busy city life or overlapped on the stones of rural parts of the country, the prayer flags are believed to spread the good message and blessings of the country, the positive prayers to everyone. It was a great opportunity for me to use this project to raise awareness among other people about the different cultures that exists which I believe helps to communicate and accept one another.
