Last month was a real moment for me - One of the things that bring me joy in my profession is changing the overall stereotypes we see in our community. For this year's Fathers Day the Daily Paper team depict the genuine intimacy of fatherhood in our homes and also honour the amazing young & mature fathers in our community. Whom in the midst of racial inequalities and oppressions have their humanity and value as fathers minimised and misrepresented. Unknowing of the global awakening to unfold on an issue which has re-triggered an overflow of emotions we have accumulated over a lifetime we took the time to celebrate black fatherhood. Special shout out the fathers @slidercuts, @kidakudzgram & @grooveguruu and their lil ones!
