As the head of talent at Beyond the Chromosome and Editor-in-Chief of FGUK Magazine, I’ve built a career on championing underrepresented voices, empowering new talent, and helping them navigate the competitive landscape of fashion, music, and culture. My work has connected emerging creatives with global opportunities, instilling confidence and emotional support to keep pushing forward in an ever changing and competitive landscape. Through my talent agency and editorial platform, I/we spotlight over 1,000 creatives per issue—seven issues published to date and the eight in works-focused on pairing these creators with brand partnerships and real business opportunities. Spotlighting, scouting &/or collaborating with industry visionaries like Dazed Editor-in-Chief IB Kamara, Influencing maven Cora Delaney, South African designer Rich Mnisi, and fashion photographers Mar+Vin to name a few, I strive to shape a youth culture that’s both inclusive and globally impactful. My projects have seen me work alongside artists like Lil Nas X, as well as with Roc Nation and Beyoncé’s team. 1.
