Publicis London with Dacia UK has launched a campaign urging George Osborne to drive a Dacia Sandero, Britain’s most affordable car, to show he’s putting his money where his mouth is as he delivers the Budget.
An ‘open letter’ in the national press addressed “Dear George”, suggests that the Dacia Sandero is the perfect car for the Chancellor as it is specifically designed to avoid unnecessary spending. As part of the campaign Dacia is also communicating with Mr. Osborne via Twitter at the hashtag #DearGeorge. The tweets appear alongside reactive tweets relating to ongoing discussions around the Budget.
