The film is written by Clint Dyer and Roy Williams, and directed by Clint Dyer. Death of England: Face to Face premiered at 10pm on Sky Arts on Thursday 25 November. Death of England: Face to Face is presented by Sky Arts and No Guarantees, and produced by the National Theatre, in association with Sabel Productions and Cuba Pictures. Death of England opened in the Dorfman in January 2020, with Rafe Spall as Michael, and Death of England: Delroy opened in the Olivier in October 2020, with Michael Balogun as Delroy.
