MARKETING AND PR We worked with Debut Magazine UK managing and supporting their Marketing, PR, events and activations. We were brought in to build the awareness among Millennials and Gen Z readers, through strategic marketing and campaigns. We supported across events, launch events, photoshoots, styling, social media (Insta) and creating and aligning the brand with the right partners. Project Overview: The primary objective of this project was to enhance the visibility, reach, and impact of Debut magazine in the UK. The focus areas include marketing, PR, events/activations, and social media growth. Project overview: Market research and analysis of the target audiences (Milennials and Gen Z) Conduct a thorough market analysis to identify target demographics, competitor landscape, and industry trends. Gathered insights to tailor marketing strategies and PR campaigns to the preferences of the target audience. Marketing strategy: Developed a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase Debut magazine's brand awareness through traditional and digital efforts. Implemented digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, content marketing, and email campaigns. Explored collaborations with influencers and industry thought leaders to amplify the magazine's reach. Public relations (PR): Develop press releases and media kits for distribution to relevant outlets. Establish relationships with key journalists and influencers in the publishing and lifestyle sectors. Events and activations: Plan and executed Debut magazine mixer events at various iconic London locations, such as Lights of Soho and Rooftop Gardens. Coordinated the launch of the printed issue of Debut magazine in WH Smith stores, including organising launch events. Explored partnerships with other brands for joint events and activations. Creative direction and photoshoots: Oversee the creative direction of photoshoots for Debut magazine, ensuring alignment with the brand's image. Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and models to create visually appealing and on-brand content. Brand partnerships: Identify potential brand partners that align with Debut magazine's values and target audience. Negotiate and establish partnerships that enhance the magazine's credibility and reach. Social media growth: Developed a social media growth strategy to increase Debut magazine's followers and engagement. Create engaging content, including behind-the-scenes looks, interviews, and interactive posts. Monitor social media analytics to measure the impact of the growth strategy and make data-driven adjustments. Key performance indicators (KPIs): Increased magazine sales through store and direct website Growth in social media followers and engagement. Positive media coverage and reviews. Successful execution of events and activations. Expansion of brand partnerships. This project supported the growth and reach of Debut magazine in the UK, covering various aspects to ensure a holistic and successful approach.
