Degree work

Examples of my final year Textiles in Practice project. I have always been very inspired by art within the context of protest, my final year work primarily took the form of large scale banners. I researched historical movements and their use of protest material, but my work covered contemporary issues such as the climate crisis. I also used modern materials (denim, plastic) which were all recycled from old clothing and consumer waste.
