Amnesty International Mexico In conjunction with Art for Amnesty (Dublin) prepared a week of events to celebrate the opening of its regional hub in Mexico City that would centralise all its work from the Americas. Some of the events scheduled throughout the week in May 2015 included film screenings, round tables, human rights conferences, forums and concerts. Through this project Amnesty International Mexico and Amnesty´s Secretary General Salil Shetty let the world know they are now "closer to the ground".
