Design for Thought is a representation of my design thinking at this moment in time. A play on words of 'food for thought', this manifesto looks to question ideologies within design and to consider what is 'right' or 'wrong' –if there is at all. The overarching concept is that perspectives change with time and experience, old questions lead to new ones and so the manifesto is ever evolving. The manifesto has an almost contractual design, with instructions to 'sign' once the document has been read. You pledge to work by the ideologies within, only to destroy it once new questions and ideas have developed. Quite literally destroying old thoughts and replacing them with new ones.
