Food, design and territory: three items connected in the same book as expression of the Made in Italy culture.
As a real trip, the map (cultural and geographic) is focused on three essential steps: places, where meals are consumed; products and objects, technologically and aesthetically innovative; new communication process analysis.
On a communicational level, the products' section is marked by six logotypes in different colours to distinguish each step of the food process: cultivate, amalgamate, cook, serve, eat and conserve.
