Director | Homeland//Motherland

Born and raised in London, raised by my single parent Filipina mother, I've only been to The Philippines once in 2001, returning after 16 years at the end of 2017. Using the home footage taken from London and the Philippines, I have found aesthetically and spatial similarities within these two opposing worlds, finding the in-between and bridging them together. This video was shown at Battersea Arts Centre Homegrown Festival 2018 (as seen in the IG video)
