Gong Creative was asked to create a brand identity for a diversity and inclusion festival, an initiative of The Inclusion@Lloyd’s Group, a joint initiative between the Corporation of Lloyd’s and the Lloyd’s Market Association. The name Dive In (Diversity and Inclusion) was developed and a colourful sploosh was used across the festival merchandise and marketing collaterals. A website and app was also created. To date, Dive In has won or been shortlisted for 12 awards, including Marketing Week’s Diversity Champion Award – described as a ‘brave and bold event by the judges, was named Insurance Event of the Year at the Insurance Marketing and PR Awards and a Diversity and Inclusion nominee for The Guardian Sustainable Business Awards.
