For this project, I developed a brand identity for an innovative, eco-friendly product: a dome-shaped tent made from mycelium, designed as a sustainable alternative to plastic tents. The product was specifically created to address the issue of post-festival plastic waste. The brand identity centers around the concept of growth as the product is bio-degradable, with the dome shape serving as the key visual element, ensuring strong brand recognition. The brand’s colour palette draws inspiration from naturally occurring mushroom hues, which have been brightened to align with the vibrant festival aesthetic. The primary deliverable was a lookbook, as the product is both new and challenging to transport. Instead of targeting festival-goers directly, the strategy was to engage festival organisers. This approach allows the tents to be shipped in bulk, enabling organisers to promote these eco-friendly tents to their audiences, reinforcing their commitment to sustainability.
