Doh Ayay! is an experimental documentary piece. It gives a bit of light on the lives of Burmese youth, as they resist the military junta. Combining archival footage with pictures from anonymous photographers, the film captures the resilience, courage, and hope of these young individuals amidst political turmoil and uncertainty. Some of the footage, captured by Myanmar citizens from the Visual Rebellion Organisiton working within the country, provides an authentic and unfiltered glimpse into the realities faced by the youth. This is a journey into silence, where the voices of Burmese youth resonate loud with stories of struggle, resistance, and resilience. Director: Adèle Garbutt In Collaboration with Visual Rebellion
