Evelyn’s Table (GQ Food & Drink Awards Runner Up 2019, No.7 in OpenTable’s Top 100 UK Restaurants 2019) has announced that Luke Selby (Great British Menu Finalist 2019, National Chef of the Year 2018, Roux Scholarship Winner 2017) alongside his brothers, Nat and Theo Selby, will be heading up the restaurant from 27th October 2020. Located in the original beer cellar of The Blue Posts, on London’s Rupert Street, Evelyn’s Table is an intimate 10-seat chef’s counter which will serve a prix-fixe menu focused on British ingredients using French and Japanese technique.
