A small selection of a project to photograph members of staff at a marketing agency called Drum. My brief was to have a clean brick backdrop and it had to be shot outside. The main difficulty I faced with this shoot was the number of people and the time scale I had been given. 100 people overall with 50 people in a day. The second day was a totally different location. I used a single flash and prime portrait lens to keep the images looking bright and consistent and gave myself 5 minutes per person. I learned new speed saving shooting techniques with a single flash. I made sure my clients were happy and I let every person choose their favorite photo.
