EA Sport: Hamza - My story

Hamza - My Story tells the story of Hamza Choudhury, one of the few British South Asian footballers in the top two divisions of English football. 

It charts the Leicester midfielder’s journey to the Premier League, the challenges he faced during his football journey, the importance of his Bangladeshi heritage and his family’s support throughout his life.  Research shows that only 0.25 per cent of the UK’s 4,000 professional footballers are of Asian descent. The comic, which will be delivered to schools across the UK, aims to break the 
cycle that has been holding back British Asian football talent by inspiring the next generation of British Asians in the game.
