EASY TARGETS AKA DELERICTION

Entitled EASY TARGETS, the project is a result of my unconventional fascination for youth culture, activism & english literature. Based on the Dickensian novel «Great Expectations» for its surprsingly modern coming of age quality and the tragic heroic brave revolt of Euromaidan, the collection tries to convey the journey & social challenges of defining one’s identity: Uncertainty about the future, social pressure making us all feel like we should run for president, to be poll-popular, be given credit, estimated, experiencing foreign in the search of an inner balance and a meaningful existence are the numerous ordeals the project tries to depict. «-Trapped by an ideal, we tend to act like numb sleepwalkers, possibly missing out on our lives, chasing dreams that are no longer just ours but our images’.»
