I was hired by Fetch Mobile as a Creative Lead heading up their Mobile Innovation and design for eBay. Working with a brand that was so passionate about innovation meant I was able to bring a full range of expertise to their mobile marketing. Harnessing the power of rich media, video and native advertising to increase brand awareness and getting creative with wider activities like NFC and Augmented Reality. --------- The eBay Pantomime The resulting show attracted positive attention from the media including the Guardian, The Sunday Times, Time Out and The Metro and had great feedback from the client. NFC Story Telling
We took traditional print based adverts & fitted them with 4 NFC touchpoint. This allowed us to leverage the power of mobile to bring a static ad placement to life, and give consumers a fun experience to enjoy as they relaxed at the cafe.
Accelerometer Technology
We used accelerometer technology within the phone to refresh the content in the ad itself with just a quick shake of the phone.The success of this campaign led to winning multiple awards in the mobile space such as “Mobile Campaign of the Year 2013/14”.
More Rich Media
The team created other rich media using platforms such as iAd and Sprout. We created dynamic banners that promote the relevant products relating to the weather as well as playful games inspired by the arcade and skeuomorphic design.
