Edie Dreams of Lightning Bolts

Edie Dreams of Lightning Bolts is a collaborative shoot celebrating the launch of Edies limited clothing collection, Bolt x Edie. Unlike most fashion shoots this was tackled with a documentary approach which is why Edie asked photographer Cole Flynn Quirke to shoot the photographs. Cole practises primarily in fine art and documentary photography and before this hadn’t worked on a fashion shoot therefore his naivety towards fashion helped produce a seemingly honest piece. The shoot took place in a remote village in Wales where Edie grew up immersed in motorcycle culture so the pictures pays homage to what she knew and loved growing up.
