As an Executive Assistant of Taiwan Season 2015, a showcase of three emerging Taiwanese artists across contemporary dance, modern circus to puppetry, my mainly duty is to promote the show through media, street event, words of mouth and the interaction with the audiences. Communication and networking skill stands the most important part of the position, and I have managed the pressure in the face-paced environment. In the end, all of our shows got 4 stars rating from well-know media, which is a great success.
