An effective Go-To-Market Strategy can make a huge difference between you & your competitors: > Market segmentation Define your TAM, SAM, SOM carefully and fix your target segment to make a GTM for this. > Competitor Analysis Analyze the competitors who's working in your niche (sub-segment) which you've decided to target while market segmentation. (You can use SWOT method) > Positioning & Messaging After analyzing your competitors, find a profitable task which can clearly make you different from them and keep you ahead. > ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) Build a profile for your ideal customer, include all the necessary characteristics of your customer. > Buyer journey and how to influence it Include all possible user & usage attribute to make it optimized for your customer. Use their usage attribute to enter into their buyer journey & to increase chance to convert them. Make your funnel to attract, nurture, convert people. > Priority channels, partners and communities You don't need to exist everywhere. Choose 2 or 3 of them where your target customer spend their most of the time. Join in their community. Use data from buyer persona & user-usage attribute to define it. > Campaign Planning Create a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) goal for your campaign and run it to achieve this goal. You should run a campaign for all the events that matter for your industry with an intention to get lead. Keep optimizing your campaign for the best result.
