Brief
The challenge was to develop a website that effectively communicated the duality of Garbarini’s brand—contemporary yet timeless, luxurious yet accessible. The design needed to cater to a diverse clientele while highlighting the store's unique collection of high-end fashion labels.
Solution
To achieve this, a minimalist design was employed, utilizing a black-and-white color scheme with chartreuse as an accent color, ensuring the focus remained on the clothing. The designer list, once a simple collection of names, was transformed into an intuitive, alphabetized directory with enhanced navigation, including a favorites category for quick access to preferred designers.
Additionally, distinct sections for new collections and general shopping were created to spotlight the latest arrivals. The search functionality was optimized for speed and user convenience, featuring dynamic suggestions and popular search terms.
