The challenge was to design a brand and digital platform that would resonate with high-revenue businesses, particularly those with over 25 employees. Opulence needed a luxurious yet tech-savvy identity that would appeal to its target market, alongside a CRM that could support complex business operations from marketing and sales to finance and project management.
Solution
For the branding, the goal was to merge the concepts of luxury, relevance, technology, and progressiveness into a single, cohesive identity. After exploring numerous concepts, a refined logo and visual identity were developed that perfectly encapsulated Opulence’s essence.
The marketing site was designed with a clear separation between the company’s marketing services and its CRM, featuring an organized menu that categorized features by industry, role, and function.
The CRM design was meticulously planned to ensure a seamless user experience, with key modules like marketing, lead generation, and contact management structured for optimal usability.
