Elmer’s Big Parade - St Luke's Hospice Plymouth

Whilst studying at Plymouth College of Art, I am a Graphic designer for their in-house agency The Agency which give me a great opportunity to work on other projects with clients alongside my degree and to be able to build my confidence as a designer. This is a small project I did for St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth, In preparation for Elmer’s Big Parade Plymouth. Client Emma Milford, Project manager came to The Agency in need of five infographics to be created plus a print advert. I was given many different assets that I could use to put these graphics together, I also needed to create my own for a couple of the pieces such as an anchor, a cow and fireworks just to name a few. For me, this was a really rewarding project, at first I was very apprehensive about how to create these pieces and in what style, so I looked at lots of previous work around Elmer and as soon as I started It became really enjoyable and easy. Emma was really pleased with these and the quick pace that I was able to create them which was great. It was a very enjoyable project.
