Empty Space

(self-initiated brief- create a charter aimed at improving a social issue)  According to Professor Aglietti, there is roughly 8,000 tons of space junk hurtling around our planet. That is metal flying around the earth at 30000 mph, things like space shuttle break-offs, debris, and lots of dead satellites. Planet B is a popular solution to global warming, but what if our behavior made it also impossible to ever leave atmosphere? This is a very real threat space debris poses.    Space is an environment like any other and one we are polluting faster than the sea. No one has ever taken claim of close orbit space and therefore it's no one's concern, but it should be! Empty Space aims to raise this awareness and connect with people around earth who feel the same.
