EPQ on diversity in Formula 1

In 2021-2022, I wrote a 10,000 word Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) on diversity in Formula 1. I have been interested in Formula 1 since I was a child, and the apparent lack of diversity in the sport is something that has always affected me. As a result, I used scholarly articles, interviews with those involved in the sport, and books to evaluate diversity in relation to gender, race, and class and come to a conclusion about which of these has the greatest effect upon the sport. I received a grade A for the project, and am happy to share the document with anyone who would like to read it.
