2018 saw Ernest Jones social media go through a transformation, turning it in to a platform for aspirational gifting ideas. There was focus on inspiring, beautiful photography, and thoughtful posts which reflected the brands identity, revitalising the consumers shopping experience with emphasis on stand out, must have pieces. I was responsible for the look, feel, and creation of Social Media design for Ernest Jones, as well as playing a role in the concepting of the photography shoots. Updating the social media platforms was an opportunity to be creative, and focus on Ernest Jones brand identity. I am proud with what has been achieved, and the success is reflected today in the significant increase of followers, and level of engagement throughout the social platforms.
