The product offered businesses freedom from expensive and cumbersome telephone server equipment, while maintaining the very highest call clarity wherever calls were being made and received. 9 Group wanted to create a distinctive brand to differentiate the service from the competition. Eve was created. By giving the product a human personality with accompanying creative that is both calm and serene, this made the brand more approachable and allowed it to standout in the marketplace.
