According to the ExpressJet airlines cancellation rules, you cannot cancel a flight ticket after you have done the online check-in and generated the boarding pass. If you had covid, you would get a full refund if you cancel your tickets. If there’s a group booking done, then you will not be allowed to cancel just one flight ticket.
