Answer: The aim of this game is to collect together musical phrases / melodies where each collaborator takes a turn to add a to a piece of original music in a random sequence and in secret. However, each collaborator is only allowed to hear just a fragment of the end of what the previous person contributed. After all the musicians (18 in this case) have had their turn, the fragments are stitched together and the piece as a whole is revealed Exquisite corpse is a game poplarised by the surrealists.
