F2 x ADIDAS PREDATOR 20 SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN

I was assigned by H+K Strategies London for the recent boot activation campaign for the new preditor 20. The social media campaign focuses on being interactive with consumers from the social media application they use on day-to-day.

An interactive Twitter video experience showcasing the spin of the new Adidas Predator boots. Users will interact with a series of Tweets, seemingly ‘controlling’ F2 talent as he takes free kicks.
DELIVERABLES
Multiple clips of free-kicks going top left, top right, bottom left and bottom right – including goals, saves, misses and woodwork
‘Sorry mate can’t make it now’
Words familiar to anyone who has grown up playing football with their mates, leaving you desperate to find a replacement for their upcoming match.
In the week following release, adverts will appear for the self-professed Whatsapp ringer called ‘Rent-A-Pred’ - set up to help you get an advantage over your opposition when you’ve been let down by a teammate.

The tagline for the new Predator campaign is ‘Unfair Advantage’ – so we want you to give viewers a tutorial on getting the ball top bins / hitting the crossbar in a crossbar challenge / scoring the perfect penalty, which when it comes to their opponents is totally unfair for them to watch.
We’ll use this as a Snapchat Story and provide for you to use on your Snapchat channel.
