Identity and cover designs for Berlin based techno label Face to Face.
I was commissioned by label head Tim Xavier to design various visuals for the label, ranging fromrecord sleeves to facebook cover photos, timeline photos; social media campaign pictures to be used for digital releases on platforms such as Beatport, Bandcamp and Soundcloud.
The visuals for the Power House Rhythm Unit were done by silkscreening various architectural drawings and superimposing them, echoing the industrial feel of the release. The various digital/mastered releases in black and white were done by hand using different methods of ink and blotting visually translated according to each particular track. The record sleeve presents the laser-cut logo for each release, so as to see the specific design underneath, this was done as a solution for budget cuts and mass production purposes.
