'Failosophy' visual research

  • Anna Vasiunyk
'Failosophy' is a set of books that contain fascinating facts and visualization about success and failure and its perception by society along the times. The overall topic can be described as ‘fallibility’, which is a philosophical theory of inevitability of human mistakes and errors. Barry Deck expresses this idea by calling it ‘imperfect language of imperfect world inhabited by imperfect humans’. Apart from it, the project explores the aesthetics of wrongness, mistakism and accidents and the idea of its implication instead of hiding or deleting.
