FCA - PPI Deadline

The PPI deadline was for the 29th of August, and there were still millions of pounds left for people to claim back. But nobody was talking about PPI... We were tasked to re-engage people to take action and claim back before it was too late. We created behavioural change social content that would take people back to the day when they were mis-sold PPI. The campaign gained 1005 pieces of coverage and reached 90% of adults over the age of 25. The campaign then eventually went on to pick up the 2020 CIPR Public Sector Campaign award.
