I'm teaching people in the creative industry how to sell with authenticity and fearlessness. It’s an amazing privilege to teach smart young people the skills and value of compelling communication. There is a huge need to instil confidence and polish, as well as the softer skills, charm, good humour that are key in winning people’s hearts and minds. Being confident without being arrogant, forthright not pushy, compelling not aggressive, these are the master tools in this work.
