The Jerwood Fiction Uncovered Prize is an annual prize awarded to eight British writers of outstanding works of fiction – novels, short stories and graphic novels.
The Jerwood Fiction Uncovered Prize is dedicated to rewarding the best British Fiction writing across all forms and however it is published. From 2014 the prize has been open to submissions from self-published writers and we also work with the Regional Writer Development Agencies to identify the best fiction writers working across Britain.
