A self-help publication all about maintaining personal health and practicing self care. With previous work primarily based on the study of people, particularly in anthropological ideas and sociology, the book is designed to give the reader more control. Selecting individual chapters at a time in no specific order, with illustrations reflecting each topic. Fine-tip pens create a pointillistic technique, building depth into the image, in an effort to create a complex depiction of familiar scenes from the everyday. The exhibition space was built to reflect the ideas in the book, each aspect mimicing a chapter of the publication. This final piece completes my overall study within my BA into the mind and social behaviour.
