Flagship Graffiti Party

2012 - The idea for this event was to promote the Artwalk’s (Brazilian largest chain of Trainers stores Culture) flagship store in São Paulo.

I hired 3 of city’s best graffit artists: a tattoo artist and painter, a graffiti artist and a designer. One of it’s best hip hop DJs was also playing at the venue.

While costumers enjoyed the music, food and beverages, they could also appreciate the artworks created by the artists using Nike Air Force 1s as a canvas. These items were then permanently exhibited in the store.

Three costumers had the opportunity to win a customised Nike AF1, and according to the vision they had for their trainers, I chose the appropriate artist following their instructions.

On that day the store was the 1th in sales, and the exhibitions helped to enhance the store’s turnover up to 35% during a 6 month period.
