Flexfit Headwear | Product Design & Marketing Projects

Flexfit is a globally recognised merchandiser of quality headwear, known for its patented technology. They are one of the 2 largest manufacturers in the world of sports and lifestyle fashion collaboration headwear. We developed the Flexfit brand to operate as a retail fashion label as a high quality alternative to the the Flexfit collaboration program and offered fabrication and style to suit seasonal trends and exclusive SMUs and collections for major retailers across Australia and New Zealand. This unique program would also be adopted by other global markets. I worked across all aspects of the business from our office in Brisbane, Australia and often travelled interstate for range releases and strategy meetings as well internationally for seasonal sourcing trips to South Korea where Yupoong, Flexfit's manufacturer is based. Flexfit is a brand I have developed and worked with for nearly 10 years, initially through distribution company BWT Enterprises (est. 2010) then on a contract basis via The Brand Stable who acquired the brand in 2017.
