Floral Garden

Floral Garden explores the woodlands and blooming wildflowers captured on my dog walks during lockdown. My collection of prints captures the beauty in nature, complimenting the body. Combining my detailed, delicate line drawings and textural abstract paintings, together they create flowing and visually exciting fashion samples. I have carefully considered the scale and placement to continue the fluidity of my designs onto the body. Using a variety of lightweight silks to imitate the delicacy of nature, I have designed a collection of prints for a high-end fashion context. My samples demonstrate collaged heat press, and digital print onto natural fabrics.
