The bakery, called Flour wants to support British business by using and promoting British grain. Its name stems from the 5 British grains that they use in their products. The bakery is called Flour to show off the diversity and need for a range of types of flour within society. Using social media The bakery will educate the UK audience that by supporting British grain, they can support the British farming community, reducing reliance on foreign grain which in recent years has been affected by ecological issues and war. The visual identity has 5 different designs to represent the 5 different grains within the bakery.
