Our mission is to support underrepresented young people access and prosper within the fashion sector. To ultimately diversify decision-making roles and promote innovation, for a cleaner and fairer industry. As part of our mission, we are hosting a paid training programme in London for school leavers from minority ethnic and low socio-economic backgrounds seeking a career in the fashion industry, focused on sustainable and ethical practice, to ultimately promote diversity and inclusion, and tackle the environmental challenges of the industry.

As an alternative route into industry, Flourish In Diversity CIC are launching a part-time salaried Fashion training programme that aims to up-skill school leavers from minority ethnic and low socio-economic backgrounds. This programme will support underrepresented talent access and prosper within the fashion sector.
The programme collaborates with brand partners to take students through the fashion product cycle. Focusing exclusively on sustainable and ethical practice - an industry skills gap - the programme looks to alternative practices as well as future technologies for cleaner and fairer solutions.
On completion of the programme, candidates will have the opportunity to apply for a 3 month paid internship with brand partners.
Dates: 1st - 24th August 2022. Part-time: Monday to Wednesday
Salary: £11.05/hr at London Living Wage 2022
Location: Islington.
